Order timing
We generally need about 1–2 business days to process an order before it leaves fulfillment. Carrier delivery is then expected in 3–5 business days, although an estimate cannot promise a specific arrival day.

Checkout displays the shipping methods, applicable charges, and whether free shipping applies. Please confirm the mailing address, email, and phone because incorrect contact or destination information can delay fulfillment.
Tracking and delivery concerns
A tracking update is sent when the carrier supplies one. Questions about late, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged packages should include the order number, purchase email, tracking reference, and damage images where applicable.
Restrictions
Delivery services can be limited by product type, destination, or carrier rules. If an investigation is required, additional time may be necessary before the available remedy is confirmed.
