Eligible returns and exchanges
Both defective goods and qualifying non-defective goods may be returned, and exchanges are available. A change of mind, preference for another item, or ordering the wrong product can qualify under the non-defective process.
For a non-defective return, the item must remain new and unused with its original condition, packaging, labels, and supplied accessories preserved. Contact us no later than 30 days from delivery.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Contact us for goods that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially unlike the description. Provide the order number and purchase email together with an explanation and useful item or package photos or video.
Mail return process
The return method is mail. Use the free return label supplied inside the parcel; there is no restocking fee. Wait for authorization and directions before sending anything back.
Refunds and exchanges
An approved refund is sent back through the original form of payment within 10 days. Replacement availability controls whether an exchange can be completed.
